Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026
In plain words
- You must be 18+, and you are responsible for your account.
- Korixa gives general guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice, and promises no outcome.
- Access to selective programmes is earned through readiness, never bought.
- You can delete your account any time.
These terms are the agreement between you and Korixa Labs about how you use our website, apps and services. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Korixa.
1. What Korixa is
Korixa Labs helps early-stage founders understand how ready they are to raise capital and work on the gaps. We offer a free readiness assessment (KIRA™), education, community and office hours, premium AI and analysis tools, paid services delivered by our team, and, for founders who reach our readiness threshold, selective programmes.
Korixa does not sell access to investors. Access to selective programmes is earned through readiness and our review, never purchased.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Tell us at hello@korixa.com if you think someone else has access to yours.
3. Not advice, and no guarantees
Everything on Korixa, including KIRA™ scores, Founder AI answers, education content, valuation and cap table tools, and advice from our team, is general information to help you prepare. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Get professional advice for your own situation before making decisions, especially on incorporation, securities and fundraising.
We do not promise any outcome. A good score, a completed service, an introduction or a place in a programme does not guarantee that investors will meet you, back you, or offer particular terms. See our important disclaimers.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- break the law, or use Korixa to defraud, harass or mislead anyone, including posting misleading claims to other founders or investors;
- share another person's investor contacts or private information without their permission;
- upload malware, probe or attack our systems, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing dataset;
- misuse Founder AI to produce harmful or unlawful content, or try to bypass usage limits.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Community posts can be reported and reviewed by our team.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit (answers, documents, messages, posts). You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run Korixa and deliver the services you ask for, including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. Content you post in community channels is visible to other members.
Our software, content, branding and the KIRA™ methodology belong to Korixa Labs. You may use them for your own fundraising preparation but not resell or republish them.
7. Selective programmes
Programmes such as the Accelerator, investor matching and introductions, Demo Day and any investment consideration by Korixa Capital are offered at our discretion, depend on readiness criteria we may change, and are subject to due diligence and approval. Nothing on Korixa is an offer or commitment of funding.
8. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Korixa running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Korixa Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost fundraising opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Some records are kept by our payment providers after deletion where the law requires, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
